From the initial email to the final product, Katie supported us throughout the whole process. She was happy to work with us and to make even the smallest of changes until we were 100% happy with the paw print design. There was no pressure and Katie was very compassionate throughout this sad time, and we were constantly reassured that we could change the pawprint design as many times as needed. The final product is absolutely beautiful and the pawprint is a special way to have an eternal reminder of a much loved member of the family. Beyond happy with our plaque for our beloved Nana Miri who is Laid to rest in Fiji. The plaque has not yet been installed due to weather, however we are extremely happy with the outcome. All of the staff I spoke to at Talking Stones were so kind and understanding and did everything they could to ensure that the plaque arrived before we headed off on our trip to Fiji. Just love what you do and yes we will "shout it from the rooftops" We lost our beautiful golden retriever in June 2022 and ordered a river stone tribute, beautiful, I see him every time I look at it. Sadly, we have now lost his best buddy, our gorgeous crazy cocker spaniel on New Years Eve. We miss her so much however, she is now in perpetual play with Mac. Again, ordered a tribute stone and received it yesterday, amazing and beautifully done, so very appreciative and the hand written note is such a nice touch, big big thanks! Lucia
This was my 2nd purchase from Talking Stones. My first was in 2019 when I purchased a memorial plaque for my son. This latest purchase was for a tumbled riverstone pet memorial for our son's dog, Jax who passed away a few weeks ago. It will take pride of place beside my son's plaque in his special garden.
Both memorials are of excellent quality and a wonderful way for us to remember both our son and his dog.

Talking Stones made a beautiful Headstone for our baby girl Dotty who we lost after thirteen years of having the most precious dog/best friend. The team at Talking Stones have always gone over and above to meet my custom requests. This includes matching colours with previously purchased tumble stone memorial stones. I feel it needs to be emphasized that the quality is truly remarkable. I’ve purchased a number of pet memorials for all my departed darlings, and also a person memorial for my son.
It must be at least 12 years since I purchased original stones and both the tumble stones, and the black engraving remains as perfect as the day it was received (quality is truly outstanding). I’ve also had a number of affirmation pebbles and stones custom-made for me -BEAUTIFUL!

I am so very impressed with both the service and quality of products from this company. I have, over the past number of years, lost some beloved pets. Talking stones have so many beautiful products at different prices. The new round pots are beautiful along with the lovely photo frames. They are excellent to deal with and the goods always arrive in beautifol condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This company is fantastic. We have been using them since 2013 when we first discovered them. We rescue oldies to give them a good ending to life which is why we have been back again and again. They are caring, professional and have never disappointed us 🥰.
