Orders, Shipping & Returns Policy
Ordering & Currency
All prices on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Talking Stones is an Australian-owned business, and all transactions are processed in AUD.
Due to the nature of custom made-to-order products:

Unless you opt out, we provide an artwork proof for personalised items

Orders proceed to production only after final customer approval

Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible

Refunds are only available for faulty items, not for change of mind or user error in approved artwork

Title of goods remains with Talking Stones until full payment has been received.
Turnaround Time

Standard Turnaround: Your order will be shipped within 21 working days from date of artwork approval. If you opt of artwork approval or order a non-personalised product, shipping will be within 21 working days of date of order.
(Bronze plaques may take up to 8 weeks, and photo products may take up to 6 weeks) -
Express Turnaround: If selected, your item will be dispatched within 7–10 working days from order or artwork approval. Please note that the Express Turnaround service relates to production only, shipping will be by standard post. Please note that we do not offer Express Turnaround for products involving photographs or bronze plaques.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Standard shipping is via Australia Post or one of our trusted courier services. We can deliver to PO boxes, and both residential and business addresses.
If you require Registered or Express Post, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact our team for a quote or more information.
Returns & Refunds
If there’s a fault with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a 100% refund or exchange. Returns are at your own expense and must include the original item, securely packaged (preferably in the original packaging). Refunds are only issued once the item has been returned and inspected.

Standard shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post. If you require Express or Registered Post, this can be arranged for an additional charge—please contact our team for a quote or more information.
