Ordering & Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Talking Stones is an Australian-owned business, and all transactions are processed in AUD.
Custom Made-to-Order Products
Because our personalised products are made to order:

Unless you opt out, we provide an artwork proof for all personalised items.

Orders proceed to production only after you have provided final approval.

Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Refunds are only available for faulty items — not for change of mind or user error in approved artwork.

Title of goods remains with Talking Stones until full payment has been received.
Change of Mind – Non-Personalised Products
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. For non-personalised products, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

You contact us first to arrange the return.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
If you ordered the wrong size or style, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund under the same conditions.
Please note: Refunds for change of mind apply only to non-personalised products.
Turnaround Time

Standard Turnaround: Orders are shipped within 21 working days from the date of artwork approval.

If you opt out of artwork approval or order a non-personalised product, shipping will be within 21 working days from the date of order.

Bronze plaques may take up to 8 weeks, and photo products up to 6 weeks.

Express Turnaround: If selected, your item will be dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order or artwork approval.

This service applies to production time only; shipping remains via standard post.

Express Turnaround is not available for products involving photographs or bronze plaques.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received.

Standard shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post or one of our trusted courier partners.

We can deliver to PO boxes, residential, and business addresses.

If you require Registered or Express Post, this can be arranged for an additional charge at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
If there is a fault with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a 100% refund or exchange.

Returns are at your own expense and must include the original item, securely packaged (preferably in its original packaging).

Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
