From the initial email to the final product, Katie supported us throughout the whole process. She was happy to work with us and to make even the smallest of changes until we were 100% happy with the paw print design. There was no pressure and Katie was very compassionate throughout this sad time, and we were constantly reassured that we could change the pawprint design as many times as needed.
