I have ordered many memorials from Talking Stones over the past few years, when our cats have sadly passed away, and they have always been very supportive and very caring. Tina was very kind when I rang and placed my order, and Crystal was very efficient emailing me a proof image of my memorial plaque. I ordered this product as a decorative garden tile, featuring a latin palindrome, rather than for a memorial. I was extremely impressed with Krystal's friendly service and attention to detail. The plaque is absolutely beautifully engraved and the sandstone is of exceptional quality.
