All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. Talkingstones is located in Australia and all transactions conducted in Australian dollars.
Returned merchandise and refund policy
If there is a default in the item purchased, you (the customer) can return the item at your expense for a 100% refund or exchange within 7 days of receieving the goods. Title of Goods remain with talkingstones until paid in full. There is no refund without return of item. Please direct return enquires to customer service via our contact page.
No goods are shipped until goods are paid for in full. Shipping is by Australia Post parcel post unless stated otherwise (refer to Australia Post for delivery times and schedules). Express and registered shipping is available at an additional cost, refer your enquiry to customer service via our contact page.
Delivery Time/Turn around Time:
Standard turnaround time will see your order leave our workshop within 21 working days from the time we receive your order, or for website orders where you have opted to confirm artwork, your order will leave our work shop within 21 working days from the time we receive your approval to proceed with artwork.
Express Production will see these times reduced to 7-10 working days.

We collect information from you when you place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
